The Company represented by the CNPJ described in the footer of the pages of this website, referred to as Virtual Store, always concerned with the needs of consumers, presents this TERM that regulates the general conditions of use of the website, platform, and internet applications of our virtual store, in accordance with Law 12.965/2014. Through our portal, access to various content and services is provided, allowing greater interaction with our customers and enabling online purchases.

PRICES

The Virtual Store reserves the right to correct possible errors regarding prices disclosed in media campaigns, and may make price and specification changes without prior notice and without incurring any obligation. All prices and promotions are subject to stock availability and limited-time duration.

WARRANTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND DAMAGES

The Virtual Store is not responsible for the misuse of information, tools, and materials provided, and the equipment used for any purpose by any user or customer.

The adequate provision of internet, without exception, is the responsibility of the user or customer of the website.

Step 1 - Choose the product you want.

There are 2 ways to locate a product:

A - Browsing one of the available menus, presented in the navigation bar highlighted at the top of the page.

B - Through direct search; by typing the name of the desired product in the SEARCH field, located on the right side, at the top of all store pages.

When you find the model that interests you, click on it to see the information. On the product page, data such as features, flavor options, sizes, prices, and payment methods will be available, along with product details in the photos.

Step 2 - Place the product in the shopping cart.

After locating the product you are interested in, click the BUY button located on the product details page. Immediately, you will be transferred to the MY CART page. If you prefer to return to the store and purchase more products, simply click CONTINUE SHOPPING.

Know that at any time, you can view the selected items using the MY CART option located at the top of the pages throughout the store. The items in your shopping cart will be reserved for you while you are browsing our site. Shop with peace of mind!

Still within MY CART, in the DISCOUNT COUPON field, if you have received a promotion or campaign, you should enter the promotional code to obtain your benefit.

Step 3 - Complete your order with attention.

Check all the products you have added to your shopping cart. If you decide to cancel any of them, click the X icon next to each item to remove it. We suggest that you enter the ZIP code where you would like to receive the purchase, so that you are informed of the delivery time, as well as the shipping cost that will be added to your order. The shipping cost is calculated based on the delivery region and the weight of the goods. Once you are sure of your purchase, click CONTINUE.

Step 4 - Your registration

Enter your email and click CONTINUE. You will be taken to a registration page.

Fill in all the items carefully! All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

If you are already a registered customer, enter your registration email.

ATTENTION: The information in the BILLING ADDRESS field must match the address where you receive correspondence such as credit card bills, water bills, electricity bills, phone bills, among others. The information to be entered in the DELIVERY ADDRESS field will correspond to the address of the place where you want us to deliver your order.

(*) The store identifies streets, neighborhoods, cities, and states based on the ZIP code provided on the previous screen. Please validate this information carefully and complete the other requested data. Register carefully and avoid delays: incorrect or incomplete data can cause unnecessary delays in delivery. Streamline future purchases and save your registration: provide a valid email account and a password (as instructed on the screen) in the appropriate field at the bottom of the registration screen. This data will be your access key in future purchases, and you will not need to fill out this form again. Also, this will be the only email to which we can send information about the progress of your order. Therefore, choose an email address that you frequently access. Check your data again before clicking CONFIRM!

Step 5 - Choose how to pay.

Choose the payment method you want. The store offers the options below:

Option 1 - Bank Slip

Click GENERATE BANK SLIP. Check if the data is correct and read the INSTRUCTIONS carefully. To print the bank slip, click PRINT.

Payment of the bank slip can be made at any bank or online (home banking).

The bank slip is valid for 2 calendar days, counted from the date of the order. In some promotional campaigns, the payment deadline may be extended. If payment is not made within the stipulated time, the bank slip will expire, your order will be automatically canceled, and the selected items will be available again in the Virtual Store for sale.

Confirmation of payment of the bank slip by financial institutions takes place within up to 2 business days. Your order will only be invoiced after we receive confirmation of payment from the financial institution. It is not necessary to send us the proof of payment of the bank slip, as this process is automatic.

Option 2 - Credit Card

By selecting the CREDIT CARD option, you will be redirected to a secure area of the store to enter your card details. Pay attention when entering the requested information and click FINISH when done.

The Virtual Store offers payment through major credit card brands such as Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Dinners.

Payment may or may not be approved due to inconsistencies or discrepancies in the cardholder's data. Credit cards issued outside of Brazil will not be accepted.

Step 6 - Validate your order and complete your purchase.

We suggest that you perform a final validation of your order data. Check the purchased products, delivery address, prices, payment method, and make changes if necessary. If all the information is correct, click CONTINUE. Once done, you will be directed to the final step: ORDER COMPLETION, where you will find a summary of your order.

Check once again, and if you are certain about your purchase, simply click the COMPLETE PURCHASE button. After that, you will see your order number.

Keep this number with you for future reference.

Step 7 - Track your order.

In addition to the automatic emails sent to your email address, you can track your order on our website at any time. To do this, select the MY ORDERS option located in the upper right corner of the store's page.

DELIVERY TIME

Product delivery is carried out through a carrier and/or the Postal Service, during business hours from 8 am to 6 pm. For the purpose of counting the delivery time, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered in the estimated time.

The delivery time starts counting from the confirmation of payment with the financial institution and the release of the order by our system, and may vary from 3 to 18 business days, depending on the delivery location.

The time frame may also vary if there is a delivery issue. Occurrences indicate temporary situations to be resolved, which may depend on the sender, recipient, or carrier/Postal Service.

HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR DELIVERY TIME

To calculate the delivery time to your address, enter the ZIP code in the CALCULATE SHIPPING field on the product page or in the shopping cart. After entering the ZIP code, you will be able to view the estimated time and all available delivery types.

Important: The delivery time starts counting from the payment being processed with the financial institution and the release of the order by our system.

RECEIPT AND DUTY OF INSPECTION

Delivery will only be made if an authorized person is present at the location (with photo identification) to receive the item, as it is necessary to check, upon delivery, if the merchandise is as requested. If the product is in perfect condition, sign the receipt. It is important that the document is signed and dated.

If the product presents any discrepancy, refuse the delivery and immediately contact the Customer Relationship Center. In case of absence, the carrier/Postal Service will make a new delivery attempt, and if it still cannot be delivered, the merchandise will return to the Distribution Center.

Upon receiving the product, check if it is in perfect condition and only then sign the invoice or delivery receipt.

All products are stored in special packaging to ensure quality and prevent damage.

TRACK YOUR DELIVERY

The Virtual Store provides a tool to track the delivery, simply log in with your username and password on the MY ORDERS page.

On the entry page, there is a summary of the purchase. To view all information, simply click on the order number.

You will also receive a notification email whenever there is a status change in your order.

DELAY IN DELIVERY

Several factors can cause a delay in delivery, such as delays in the order being cleared by the credit card administrator, delays in payment processing by the financial institution, inconsistencies in customer-provided data, absence at the delivery location, and refusal of receipt by third parties, as well as natural phenomena.

Through the Customer Relationship Center, it will be possible to obtain all information regarding a possible delay in delivery.

Service hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, except holidays.

PARTIAL PRODUCT DELIVERIES

If an order contains more than one product, it may occur that the items are delivered separately. This situation is related to the availability of items in our partner's stock or the quantity of products purchased in the same order.

Through the Customer Relationship Center, it will be possible to obtain all information regarding your delivery.

Service hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, except holidays.

ELECTRONIC INVOICE (NFE)

The Electronic Invoice is a document that exists only in digital form, issued and stored electronically, with the purpose of documenting, for tax purposes, a transaction involving the circulation of goods or the provision of services between parties. Its legal validity is guaranteed by the digital signature of the sender (guarantee of authorship and integrity) and the reception of the electronic document by the Tax Authority before the occurrence of the taxable event.

SCHEDULED DELIVERY

The Virtual Store is an advertising portal where partners make their products available for sale, and the partner is responsible for the delivery methods of their products.

Scheduled delivery, according to law no. 13.747/2009, is mandatory only for the state of São Paulo. After choosing the payment method, you can schedule the delivery by selecting the date and time slot you wish to receive your order.

Fee: The SCHEDULED DELIVERY service has a differentiated shipping fee compared to a regular delivery and may vary depending on the type of product and region. When choosing scheduled delivery, free shipping information is no longer valid. It will not be possible to change the scheduled date of the order. The scheduling and delivery fee will be displayed at the order checkout.

Absence: For the success of your scheduled delivery, it is essential that the address and phone information in your profile are up to date. In case of delivery failures due to client absence, incorrect profile data, address changes, or alterations in the schedule, you should immediately contact the Customer Relationship Center to reschedule the service, subject to carrier availability.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At any time, these terms and conditions may be revised, modified, or updated unilaterally by the Virtual Store without prior notice, with the new full text available on the Virtual Store website.
